New Year is a really good time of year because we can drink, have a big party and just go a bit mad as we count down the time left until 2010. However with all of these house parties going on there is such a likelihood of things going wrong and you dropping your favourite gadget on the floor or getting it stolen or of course the worst thing, dropping it into a toilet.
So how on earth can these things happen? Well because New Year has a lot of drinking involved in it means that people are less likely to be looking after the things that they have on them which means they are more likely to break them. A lot of people feel that New years Eve is no more special than any other night but they will still go out and drink becauuse it is a very good excuse to.
Do what everyone else does on New Years and go out and get drunk, there is no reason why you should stay in unless of course you are having a house party. The one thing I will say is that you should know your limits do not get really wasted just take the night as it comes and do not go too far.
So when everyone is having a great time on the town they are all drunk which means criminals can potentially step in and take something from someone.
It is always worth getting gadget insurance to cover the general gadgets and get something like iPhone insurance to cover the other things. If of course you are having trouble in the home you may need boiler insurance.
All in all, have a great Christmas and New year and look after yourself because if you dont you may be feeling the head pain on New Years Day and the cash pain too when you look and find that your favourite gadget has either been stolen or broken by foolish antics the night before.l
